At Mindful Minds Psychotherapy, we believe you are more than a set of symptoms. That’s why we take a personalized approach to therapy — one that’s tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.
Our compassionate therapists provide a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. We’re here to support your personal growth, build resilience, and help you move forward with confidence.
Together, we’ll work toward creating meaningful change and reaching the goals that matter most to you.
Tyla is a member (SM1-ON-2812) of the Canadian Association for Play Therapy (CAPT) and has completed all required course trainings toward certification as a Play Therapist. She is now in the process of finalizing her certification requirements through CAPT.

Tyla began her play therapy journey in 2024 and is passionate about integrating play-based approaches into her work with clients where appropriate.
As a parent or guardian, you want your child to grow up healthy, confident, and resilient. At Mindful Minds Psychotherapy, we understand that growing up isn’t always easy — and that children and teens face unique challenges in today’s world.
That’s why we offer specialized therapy services for children and adolescents, supporting them through concerns like behavioural challenges, peer relationships, sleep issues, self-esteem, anger, life transitions, and more.
Our therapists create a safe, supportive space where young people can explore their emotions, build healthy coping skills, and feel empowered to thrive.
